What's your current monthly revenue target and are you hitting it? Let's talk real numbers and mindset

Hey folks,
I want to start a discussion that I think most people avoid because it feels uncomfortable — talking openly about revenue goals, whether you're hitting them, and what's stopping you.
I'll go first.
My current monthly target is $8,000 net profit. I've been consistently hitting between $5,500 and $7,200 for the past 4 months. I'm not at goal yet and I know exactly why: I've been scaling too slowly because I'm afraid of killing something that works. Classic affiliate marketing fear — if it ain't broke, don't touch it. But that mindset also caps your ceiling.
I've started being more aggressive with scaling winners in the last 3 weeks and it's already moving in the right direction. Sometimes the bottleneck isn't the traffic, the offer, or the landing page. It's the person running it.
Some questions I'd love to hear your take on:
- What's your current monthly target? (rough range is fine)
- Are you hitting it consistently or are you stuck at a plateau?
- What's the #1 thing holding you back right now — is it traffic budget, finding the right offer, technical issues, or something else?
- How do you decide when to scale vs. when to pause and optimize?
I ask because I find that people in affiliate marketing often learn the tools and the tactics, but the mental side of scaling — knowing when to push, when to pull back, how to handle losing streaks — is rarely discussed openly.
Would love to hear where others are at. No judgment here, this is a place for honest conversation. Whether you're making $500/month or $50,000/month, there's something to learn from everyone's situation.
